Key Responsibilities- SAP Roll-outs and Integrations: Lead the implementation of SAP solutions for Sika companies and acquisitions in the EMEA region, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization.
- Process Support and Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for SAP process managers, providing expert guidance and support for program implementation and tool usage.
- Business Requirements and IT Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement business requirements and IT solutions for process improvements in the production environment.
- Process Audits and Adjustments: Conduct thorough process audits and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure S/4 standard compliance.
- Conception and Implementation: Participate in the conception and implementation phase of new processes and system changes, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Enquiry Processing and Error Analysis: Process enquiries from SAP process managers, analyze errors, and coordinate corrective measures to ensure timely resolution.
- Digital Transformation: Contribute to the digital transformation of company processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- User Documentation and Process Descriptions: Create user documentation, process descriptions, and analyses of change requests to support process owners and stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Training: Work closely with process owners, central IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless process execution and provide training to internal users.
- Education: Degree in business administration or technical studies.
- Experience: Several years of experience working with SAP module PP/PP-PI and confident handling of MS Office.
- Understanding of Corporate Value Chain: Excellent understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in an industrial environment with a focus on production processes.
- Flexibility and Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new issues, work independently, and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and strong team orientation to solve complex business enquiries.
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken English and comprehensive communication and presentation skills.
- Travel: Occasional willingness to travel within Europe.
