About the Role:
As a Transformation Specialist at De Jong Verpakking, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and report on the implementation of new ways of working, identifying potential resistance and challenges in the process. You will work closely with the transformation leadership team to gather insights and develop targeted solutions to address these issues. Additionally, you will support the organization of training and coaching sessions to strengthen and develop employee skills. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Dutch and English will be essential in this role, as you will be working with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive change and growth.
