Product Proposition Strategist

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify successful product-market combinations
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products
• Research customer needs to optimize product propositions
• Contribute to portfolio strategy to meet customer needs
• Manage the go-to-market process and collaborate with the sales team
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and implement new value proposition strategies
• Lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful product launches
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a Product Marketing role
• Experience in the agricultural technology industry or a strong interest in the field
• Prior experience with technical products
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• Strong analytical skills and proactive attitude
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders

• Market-conform salary (€7000 – € 9000 gross per month)
