Job Title: Technical Lead Expert

Job Summary:
As a Technical Lead Expert at Atos, you will work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems, and lead the technical delivery of the chosen design. You will collaborate with global heads of offerings and other practices to maximize X-practices opportunities in the Service Now ITOM arena.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and run functional design workshops, creating design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements.
- Engage with customers to address technical solutions, including challenging and validating customer requirements.
- Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems, technology issues, process, and people challenges.
- Work with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support, validate, and help deliver client presentations, workshops, proof-of-concept designs, and responses to technical and business inquiries.
- Deliver Service Now solutions, from design and development through to testing and implementation.
- Support the development and growth of services delivered by Service Now practice.
- Develop and share best practices and knowledge.
- Drive new solutions and integrations based on Service Now ITOM module.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of software implementation experience in either a development or consulting role.
- Proven leadership skills in managing small teams and projects.
- Ability to produce documentation at various levels, including technical and customer-facing.
- Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management or any large enterprise SaaS solution.
- In-depth expertise and experience with Service Now ITOM toolset are essential.
- Service Now experience in ITSM, ITBM, CSM, IRM, or HR products is highly desirable.
- Service Now Certifications in all areas are highly desirable.
- Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.
- Expertise with scripting languages such as PERL, Java Script, Python, and Shell.
- Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) and XML knowledge are required.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) is beneficial.
- Must be prepared to travel, although remote working is becoming more common.
