Professional HR Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional HR Strategist to join our team in Oudewater, the Netherlands. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR strategy development, implementation, and management. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective HR processes and procedures
• Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the company
• Ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations
• Providing expert guidance and support to management on HR matters

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field
• Relevant HR work experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven expertise in HR strategy development, implementation, and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
