Healthcare Customer Service Expert

In this role as a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our B2B clients in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently in our ERP system, ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and email, meeting the high standards of our French clientele.
- Create shipments in our ERP system, including all necessary documentation, based on scheduled sales orders.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding product availability and order status.
- Alert the procurement team to impending stock shortages to ensure seamless supply chain management.
- Address customer queries regarding deliveries, product availability, and lead times in a timely and courteous manner.
- Invoice customers promptly upon delivery of goods.
- Continuously monitor and improve internal processes related to the delivered service package.
- Foster strong relationships with Clinical Sales Staff to exchange information on existing and upcoming business opportunities.
