Restaurant & Bar Manager – Tozi

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team at Tozi Amsterdam. As a leader in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for Italy and its local products, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable experiences.
  • Team Management: Ensure the TOZI team and operation deliver exceptional experiences, and foster a culture of empowerment and teamwork.
  • Food and Beverage: Advocate for the F&B offering and ensure that it meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Guest Experience: Exceed guests' expectations and keep them coming back by providing outstanding service and attention to detail.
  • Culture and Values: Believe in the TOZI ethos and share our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Involvement, and Care.
