We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Assistant to join our team at the Swire Institute of Marine Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of the Academic and Residential Blocks, as well as providing support for emergency calls outside of office hours.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical and water systems
- Respond to emergency calls and provide support outside of office hours
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation of the facilities
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Completed Form 5 or above
- Relevant experience in general electrical and water systems repair and maintenance
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Possession of a Certificate of Registration as Grade A Electrical Worker and a valid driving license is an advantage

受聘者須負責研究所及宿舍的日常設施維修保養和執行上級指派的工作,以及支援辦公時間外的突發工作。受聘者每週工作五天。
入職薪酬將按受聘者之學歷及相關工作經驗釐定。僱員福利包括有薪假期及醫療福利。
