Our department guides and supports the execution of global projects through definition, requirement specification, testing and implementation of new or improved functionalities in Manufacturing processes and IT applications.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a passion for improving logistics processes and the underlying IT systems. As a Product Owner (PO), you will deliver features that create value for ASML's logistics processes. You will work together with the Chief Product Owner (CPO) to understand the program backlog, vision and priorities for the program increments and refine and prepare the Team Backlog.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accountability of delivery of the epics/features of the Warehouse Logistics Agile team
- Align with other PO's and CPO on priorities of the Agile Release Train
- Ensure the Team Backlog is prioritized, visible and transparent; Facilitate decision making and requirements gathering, oversee IT build and testing
- Support implementation and define roll-out plans including (key) user training, documentation and communication
- Ensure smooth team cooperation and wellbeing of team members
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Mastery (or Bachelor degree with multiple years of proven work experience) in Industrial Engineering & Management Science / Business Administration / Business-IT management or related field
- ~5 - 7 years work experience in Product Owner role (or similar) in a production environment with high-tech products and intricate production and logistics processes
- ~Knowledge and understanding of Inbound and Outbound logistics and Warehouse processes
- ~Experience and functional knowledge of SAP Logistics modules (EWM/WMS)
- ~Experience with Jira application
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong consultancy and change management skills, able to convince people, also at higher management levels. Additionally, we prefer someone who has structured, strong planning/scheduling skills, is flexible, a team player, takes initiative and motivates others. We are looking for a fluent English speaker in speech and writing.
