Job Summary:As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring logistics processes, predicting and preventing stagnations, and managing escalations. You will act as a single point of contact for all incoming control activities and ensure that the right departments are involved to perform actions.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor logistics processes (SAP ECC & EWM) and report on performance
- Initiate and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Set priorities on disturbances within logistics processes and activities
- Lead escalations and contact with internal customers and stakeholders
- MBO +/ HBO in the field of logistics, warehousing, or technical area
- Experience in logistics environment, preferably in a warehouse
- Knowledge of MS-Office package and SAP or other ERP system
- Experience with stakeholder management and ASML work experience preferred
- Language skills: English, Dutch
