About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, personnel, parts, tools, and materials to commissioning projects in a timely manner. They will also assist in developing and implementing training programs for new employees and ensure that all team members adhere to customer site safety rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, personnel, parts, tools, and materials to commissioning projects.
- Drive a culture of safety within the team and model safe work habits.
- Support the recruiting process for new commissioning specialists and leads.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees.
- Act as a subject matter expert supporting the commissioning team.
- Assist in adapting best practices for system services to various geographic regions.
- Help drive business KPIs related to system commissioning services execution.
- Provide guidance and support for local service specialists and field service technicians.
QHSE Requirements
- Taking training courses.
- Using appropriate personal HSE measures.
- Cooperating on quality, health, safety, environment, and security improvements.
- Reporting incidents and potential dangers.
- Following company policies and procedures.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and Technology or relevant work experience.
- VCA/VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it.
- Professional-level English language skills.
Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
