Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Uitvoeren van onderzoek en leveren van onderbouwing voor transparante en betrouwbare besluitvorming op basis van juiste en volledige data.
  • Verbinden van stakeholders en het gedragen krijgen van oplossingen.
  • Probleem- en veranderanalyse voor vraagstukken binnen onze organisatie.
  • Bijdrage leveren aan het opstellen van conceptuele modellen en het synchroniseren van deze modellen met logische modellen.

We zijn op zoek naar een Business Intelligence Analyst die ons kan helpen bij het verbeteren van onze bedrijfsprocessen en het leveren van inzichtelijke data om betere beslissingen te nemen.

Functie-eisen
  • Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding.
  • Aantoonbare kennis op het gebied van bedrijfsanalyse en consultancy.
  • Ruime kennis en ervaring van en met bedrijfsanalyse en/of informatieanalyse methodieken.
  • Ervaring in het uitvoeren van informatieanalyses met meerdere processen, systemen en interne en externe stakeholders en ketenpartners.
  • Opstellen van requirements en opstellen van analyses, procesbeschrijvingen en - schema's op systeemniveau.
Nice to have
  • Ervaring met het werken in een (overheids-) organisaties met minimaal 1000 medewerkers.
  • Proactieve, autonome verbinder.
  • In staat om snel kennis op te doen en deze ook weer te delen.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Ervaring met Privacy (AVG), informatiebeveiliging of archiefwetgeving.
  • Affiniteit met een juridische werkomgeving en in staat de vertaling van wetgeving naar uitvoering te maken.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van analyse en adviesgeven over data, processen en organisatie.
