pladis is een wereldwijde community van bakkers en chocolatiers die gelooft in het delen van geluk met elke hap. Wij zijn op zoek naar een Recruiter die onze team kan helpen groeien en ons te laten slagen in ons doel om geluk te brengen met elke hap.

Wat houdt de rol in?

Als Recruiter bij pladis zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het vinden en selecteren van nieuwe talenten om ons team te versterken. Je zult nauw samenwerken met onze hiring managers om de wervingsbehoeften van elke afdeling goed te begrijpen en te voldoen aan de competitieve doelstellingen en verwachtingen op het gebied van werving.

Je taken:
  • Nauw samenwerken met hiring managers om de wervingsbehoeften van elke afdeling goed te begrijpen en te voldoen aan de competitieve doelstellingen en verwachtingen op het gebied van werving.
  • De volledige wervingscyclus beheren voor diverse vacatures, zodat we hoogwaardige talenten vinden, werven en behouden.
  • Een goede relatie met kandidaten opbouwen en onderhouden, onder andere via WORKDAY, met zowel actieve als passieve talenten die kunnen worden benaderd wanneer er een nieuwe vacature is.
  • Voortdurend samenwerken met het HR-team om innovatieve wervingsstrategieën te formuleren, uit te voeren en aan te passen.
  • Actief zijn op vacaturesites, sociale netwerken en platforms om talent te vinden en functiebeschrijvingen en aankondigingen op te stellen en te publiceren.
  • Follow-up van het sollicitatieproces en (pre-) onboarding verzorgen en de informatie in interne systemen bijwerken.
Wat breng jij mee?

We zoeken een Recruiter met een grote passie voor het aannemen van nieuwe collega's en een uitstekende communicatieve, sociale en besluitvormingsvaardigheden. Je hebt ervaring in werving en selectie, met name voor technische (fabrieks-)rollen, en bent bedreven in het screenen, sollicitaties afnemen en werven via LinkedIn en andere kanalen.
