Job Overview

Talent Voyager is seeking a seasoned Network Tester to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the productivity and predictability of our networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Testing and Validation: Collaborate with our production teams and product owners to test and validate network systems, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and performance criteria.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Serve as a key partner to product owners, working together to define and clarify assignments early in the process to optimize team performance.
  • Infrastructure Improvement: Contribute to our mission to renovate and optimize the network infrastructure while maintaining ongoing operations.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT infrastructure, working within an Agile, multidisciplinary team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-Haves：
    • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in network testing within an enterprise environment.
    • Proven experience at HBO working and thinking level.
    • At least 2 years of experience working in an Agile IT infrastructure environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves：
    • Experience in testing, test automation, and a strong understanding of system administration (Windows, Linux) and IT infrastructure.
    • Certifications in TMAP and ISTQB.
    • Experience working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Additional Requirements：
    • Language: Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
    • Screening: No objection to a mandatory VGB-B security screening (approximately 2 months). The role will commence only after a successful screening.
    • Dutch CV: The CV must be written in Dutch and include a personal motivation statement.
