Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a new business go-to-market strategy to drive adoption of our SaaS-based CX, CRM, and EX solutions in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to establish strong working relationships and secure internal alignment for the overall new business go-to-market strategy.
- Establish and develop relationships with senior customer stakeholders and other key executive decision-makers in the Benelux market.
- Shape the future of our Sales organization by hiring, retaining, building, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
- Act as an external spokesperson and evangelize our vision, values, and brand across the board in the Benelux markets.
- At least 10+ years of relevant sales experience with at least 3 years of team leadership experience within a technical software environment.
- Experience in building and leading SaaS Sales teams.
- Consistent overachievement of team and sales goals in a large geographic territory selling a technical product.
- Fluent in English and Dutch is a must.
