About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lab Production Worker at In Ovo. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated egg analysis process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the lab equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the operations and R&D departments to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
- Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of samples
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as required to support the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of Dutch language
- Driver's license and access to a motorized vehicle for transportation
- Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system, including early and late shifts
