• You will plan and execute maintenance activities to guarantee maximum reliability and efficiency.
• You will oversee the maintenance group, consisting of technicians, team leads, and engineers.
• You will explore opportunities for modernization and continuously improve processes.
• You will be responsible for budgets and maintenance contracts with external parties.

• You should have a technical college degree and over 3 years of experience in a technical management position.
• You should have knowledge of TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and WCM methods.
• You should have critical thinking skills and an eye for detail.
• You should be stress-resistant and able to prioritize well.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on your background and experience.
