About the Job
As a BSO/KDV Pedagogisch Medewerker at Zorgwerk, you will have the chance to work with diverse clients, from childcare centers to after-school programs. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional educational experiences, ensuring the well-being and safety of children under your care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of each child
- Create a positive, inclusive environment that promotes socialization, creativity, and exploration
- Establish strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise
Requirements
- Relevant education and training in early childhood education or a related field
- Proven experience working with young children (0-12 years)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
