About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Quality Operations Lead to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will oversee quality operations across all our product lines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Oversight: Ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use this information to implement process changes and optimize quality operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of quality professionals. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the skills they need to succeed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service. Collaborate to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably with a Quality Management certification.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of improving quality operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • An estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
