Event and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Event and Marketing Specialist to join our team at CGE Risk Management Solutions B.V. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your event planning expertise with your marketing skills to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and user group meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas, and coordinate logistics and oversee event budgets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive lead generation, content creation, SEO, and analytics.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of events and marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in organizing B2B events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and user group meetings.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling event content, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Experience with marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and SalesForce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and partner teams.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to speak and write fluently.
