Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Kracht Recruitment. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing 3D designs and collaborating with suppliers to design tank, platform, and equipment installations. You will work closely with the process engineer to modify layouts, drawings, and P&ID's, ensuring proper fit through 3D laser scans or field surveys. You will also participate in progress meetings and design reviews with your project team, contributing to the mechanical execution package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop 3D process installations and packaging lines
  • Create process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's)
  • Generate drawings of existing installations and factories
  • Conduct 3D laser scans of existing spaces and installations
  • Support and participate in project team activities
  • Work on new construction projects and modifications

Requirements:
  • Minimum MBO (preferably HBO) degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Proficiency in 3D design using AutoCAD or Navisworks
  • Willingness to occasionally work abroad
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
