Job Title: Research Analyst

About the Role:
Prologis is a global leader in logistics real estate, and we're seeking a talented Research Analyst to join our Amsterdam office. As a key member of our dynamic global research team, you'll partner with multiple groups within Prologis to drive business forward. Our team is diverse, with backgrounds ranging from economics to urban planning to computer science, allowing us to leverage each individual's knowledge and skills for a team that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal and third-party data to create proprietary insights
- Develop and execute major presentations and white papers, investment strategy recommendations, predictive analytics, and process improvements
- Assist with tracking historical trends and developing forecasts for key drivers of real estate performance: rents, cap rates, occupancy, economic and demographic forces, customer and investor trends, and risk factors
- Develop logistics real estate knowledge across Prologis geographies and contribute to team insight generation

Requirements:
- Strong intellectual curiosity, desire to problem solve and think strategically
- Pro-active and excited to improve, generate and lead new initiatives
- Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs
- High attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical and communication skills (strong writing skills is a plus)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Real Estate, Supply Chains, Finance or a related field (or applicable work experience)
- 2+ years of experience preferably in Real Estate, Private Equity, Economics, Supply Chain Management or Finance
- Econometric modelling and/or programming experience (Python, R, SQL) is a plus
