Digital Manufacturing Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Manufacturing Senior Manager to lead the rollout of Digital Manufacturing Standards at Danone. This role will involve leading a team, developing strategic visions, and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Industry 4.0 strategy, including the Digital Factory of the Future program.
- Coordinate and engage with Solution Value Owners (SVOs) to facilitate the coordination and engagement of digital solutions and platforms.
- Support and challenge the Digital Productivity roadmap of the plants, enhancing performance through evaluations and continuous improvement strategies.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure implementation and adoption of solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Certifications or deep knowledge in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and Agile.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Expertise in deploying Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, automation, and big data.
- Willingness to travel globally, up to 20-40% depending on business needs.
