Job Description:

As a key member of the Air Liquide Healthcare Netherlands B.V. team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Internal Control system within the Benelux region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the 1st Line of Defense, including operational management and process owners, in the design, implementation, and evolution of the Internal Control system. This will involve proposing improvements to segregation of duties, access rights management, compensating controls, delegation of authority, and security of payments, all while ensuring compliance with our Internal Control Manual. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with other teams from the 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense, including Finance, Risk Management, Digital Security, Ethics, International Trade Compliance, and Internal and External Audit. Your expertise will be essential in formalizing and building up local procedures in close cooperation with business owners and evaluating the proper design and robustness of controls in place. You will also be responsible for coordinating the yearly Internal Control self-assessment campaign, defining and approving the implementation of the Internal Control improvement Action Plan, and promoting Internal Control awareness and training within your organizational scope. This role requires a strong background in Internal Control, External Audit, or Internal Audit, with experience in supporting transformations of organizations and knowledge of ERP systems. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, data-driven analysis skills, and attention to detail.
