Marketing and Communication Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communication Account Manager to join our team at HZ University of Applied Sciences. As a key member of our Marketing and Recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our goals and contributing to the success of our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate marketing campaigns to recruit students and achieve optimal cooperation between the Marketing, Communication, Community & Internationalization (DMCCI) department and our full-time HZ programs.
- Develop and implement creative ideas to promote our study programs and services.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and contribute to a vibrant work environment.
- Participate in project teams around marketing and communication activities.
- A relevant bachelor's degree, such as Communication or Commercial Economics.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in marketing and communication.
- A creative mind and knowledge of the latest trends within the marketing field.
- An entrepreneurial attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility.
- A 1-year appointment in the position of Marketing and Communication Officer, with the possibility of renewal based on personal performance and formative space.
- A gross monthly salary between € 3,108.79 and € 4,208.14 for full-time employment (scale 8 in accordance with CAO HBO).
- 8.3% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, and possibly a contribution to travel expenses and/or home office allowance.
- About 53 days off if you work full-time.
