Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at TenneT. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software applications meet business requirements and provide value to our end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and product owners, providing expert guidance on business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with IT architects to ensure that proposed solutions meet business objectives and architecture principles.
- Conduct impact analysis of technology solutions, considering not only direct impacts but also supporting applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
- Work with development teams to ensure that software applications meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Manage and prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in business processes and technology solutions. Your qualifications should include:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or 7 years of experience in functional application management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with business process analysis and design is a must-have.
- Ability to explain complex technology concepts lucidly to key stakeholders through different modes of communication.
