At Prothya Biosolutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our manufacturing processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance activities on the shopfloor.
  • Ensure manufacturing compliance with applicable procedures and batch records.
  • Review manufacturing batch records in real-time.
  • Work with operations to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and revise procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare written communications and present problems to management.

Requirements:

  • BSc degree or above in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, chemistry, biology...).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least three years in a Quality Assurance role or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • Strong knowledge of quality processes, including material disposition, change control, product complaints, deviations, investigations, and CAPA management.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a regulated cGMP environment.
