About the Role

The Barback is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring that our bar team has the tools and resources they need to deliver exceptional service to our guests. As a Barback, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all stations are fully stocked and that our team has everything they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order
  • Restock and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring that our team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service
  • Assist the bar team with tasks such as pouring drinks, serving food, and handling cash and credit transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent bending and stooping
