About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Search Engine Optimisation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term SEO strategies that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SEO projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery of high-quality results that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, leveraging data and multiple tools to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Provide technical analysis and create SEO content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Set up and manage implementation plans, workflows, and client deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level SEO specialists, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Expertise in using SEO tooling such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Semrush.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
