Welcome to ING, a global leader in the financial industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Expert to join our Conduct & Markets (C&M) team.

About the Role

The C&M team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of customer protection and market regulation. As a Compliance Expert, you will be responsible for managing compliance risks related to conduct and markets, as well as identifying and driving efficiency and effectiveness gains in our policies and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance risks related to conduct and markets
  • Evaluate policies and business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement effective policies and procedures to mitigate risk
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on compliance-related matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial or non-financial risk management
  • Strong knowledge of customer protection and market regulation, including regulatory requirements such as MiFID and Market Abuse
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
