Product Owner: Strategic Customer Journey Specialist

About this role:
As a Product Owner at Coolblue, you will be responsible for the customer journey in one of our domains. You will work closely with Customer Journey Specialists, Business Analysts, and other Product Owners to develop new ideas and improve the customer experience.
Your key responsibilities:
- Create a vision and make it happen to deliver the most valuable product possible with your team.
- Work with a prioritized roadmap to identify what has the greatest impact.
- Stimulate the agile mindset and approach in your team, working together with the Scrum Master to bring the team to the next level.
- Make data-driven decisions and determine the value of business requests.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and your development team, using strong communication skills.
About you:
- You have successfully completed a University degree.
- You have at least 2 years fulltime experience as a Product Owner of multiple teams.
- You live in the Netherlands.
- You have strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships with stakeholders and your development team.
- You're enthusiastic, curious, and a big fan of technology.
- You enjoy immersing yourself in the ideal customer journey every day.
- Your English level is at least C2.
