Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AP Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team. As an AP Accountant, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies, and corresponding with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with suppliers
  • Correspond with suppliers and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Process bank statements on a daily basis
  • Analyze operational expenses on a monthly basis and accrue missing costs
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and bank transactions on a monthly basis
  • Assist with Month End Closing
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
