Key Responsibilities- Develop composite products through all stages of the development cycle, from concept design to manufacturing engineering and testing.
- Perform design for composite structures, including calculations and tooling design.
- Design and optimize tooling and production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet customer expectations.
- Draft, check, and approve technical documentation, including reports and specifications.
- Optimize existing products and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Report progress and results to project managers and the department manager.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a technical environment, preferably in the aerospace or composites industry.
- Experience with composites, including design, testing, and manufacturing.
- Excellent command of English, with knowledge of French an advantage.
- Residing in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
- A competitive salary between €3400 and €4400, depending on experience.
- A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- 25 vacation days + 2 ATV days.
