About the Role

The Civil Supervisor Leader will be responsible for overseeing the management of large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Contract Administration: Review and approve contractor invoices, claims, and variations.
  • Communication: Foster effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
