Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Professional to join our team at Providence Global ITF in Steenbergen, Europe. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our growing European business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administration processes and excellent communication skills. You will be required to answer phone calls and respond to administrative queries through email, greet and host customers, students, and visitors to the facility, and ensure that health and safety measures are adhered to.

You will also be responsible for ordering groceries, cleaning products, stationery, and arranging deliveries and collections, as well as arranging catering for customers and students, considering any dietary requirements.

In addition, you will be tasked with keeping the office, training facility, and warehouse tidy and well stocked with refreshments, helping to set up classrooms for training or the facility for events, and booking flights, hire cars, and hotels when needed.

As an Administrative Professional, you will also provide support with sales administration, including sending out quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders, ensuring that products are receipted in, serialized, and sent out correctly using DHL or other shipping providers.

Furthermore, you will assist the UK-based Finance Team by sending out and chasing up EU invoices, understand and manage stock inventory, ordering additional materials as needed, and note-taking during meetings and providing accurate minutes of meetings.
