Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Intern

The Bosch Digital Marketing Internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an intern, you will collaborate with our Senior Web Manager to enhance the web experience and contribute to our Email Marketing program.

You will receive on-the-job training and support to develop your skills in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting technology solutions for web and email, including ratings & reviews, commerce, and personalization.
  • Collaborating with our digital group to develop strategies that deliver outstanding digital end-user experiences throughout the conversion funnel.
  • Supporting key web and email metrics to meet business objectives and stakeholders' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Web Management & Operations

  • Maintaining timely content updates, including copy, content, resources, video, and tools.
  • Collaborating with designers to create compelling digital experiences that align with the brand style guidelines.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to improve the presentation of content on web pages.
  • Ideating and documenting opportunities for improved web features and enhancements.

Web

  • Responding to and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner, coordinating with development teams to ensure site stability.
  • Ensuring global compliance, including topics such as accessibility, security, and data privacy.

Qualifications

A successful candidate is:

  • A 3rd/4th-year bachelor student in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Comfortable with digital analytics and metric skills, with Google Analytics preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to create plans, manage multiple projects, and work to deadlines with changing and competing priorities.
  • Excellent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information

We offer:

  • A diverse full-time internship in a challenging international work environment.
  • An internship allowance up to €550,- per month.
  • An extra monthly allowance of €450,- for accommodation (in case you have to move to The Netherlands).
  • 12 holiday days + national holidays & company closings (1 week with XMAS).

  • Duration: 1 July 2025 – July 31, 2026.
  • Level: Bachelor Student.
  • Location: Breda - a cosy city in the province of North Brabant, 1 hour from big and international cities, like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp.
