ASML is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as an Area Safety Guard. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained during the installation of our EUV platform at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Install team to ensure work is performed at the highest safety standards.
- Create a collective consciousness for and appreciation of safety among team members.
- Support the team in their safety journey from being dependent on safety towards becoming independent.
- Coordinate supporting activities, including understanding customer FAB ways of working and guiding team members in these areas.
- Provide feedback throughout and at the end of the installation to enhance future installations on safety.
- MLO/MBO and preferably MVK or equal safety education.
- 5 years of experience with safety in the semiconductor industry or other related businesses.
- Strong affinity with safety and the drive to coach colleagues to a higher safety level.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and good reporting/presenting capabilities.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
