Picture yourself as our Financial Strategy Advisor at SeaQurrent. Each day begins at our office, where creativity and collaboration thrive. You kick off with a team meeting, exchanging the latest financial insights and aligning them with our strategic objectives.
Following the meeting, you meticulously prepare comprehensive financial reports. These documents are not merely figures; they tell the story of our financial health and future opportunities.
Your focus then shifts to budgeting and forecasting. You ensure our financial projections are both ambitious and realistic, identifying avenues for growth and advising the team on strategic decisions.
In collaboration with external auditors, you ensure our financial practices adhere to all regulatory standards, fostering trust and transparency. You guide the annual audit process, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
Additionally, you manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely payments and invoicing for our clients. This includes reporting to our funding partners and meeting our obligations to secure essential resources for our innovative projects. You also oversee hours reporting, a critical task for managing project planning and resource allocation.
Beyond numbers, you engage in discussions about financing for TidalKite projects, providing insights that guide our innovative initiatives and contributing to our sustainability reporting.
As your day concludes, you reflect on the diverse tasks accomplished. From managing financial records to preparing for month-end closures, every responsibility plays a vital role in advancing SeaQurrent's mission.
Who You Are:
- You are an experienced financial professional with a collaborative mindset and a sharp attention to detail. With a minimum of five years in a similar capacity and a strong educational foundation in finance or business economics, you excel in dynamic environments and are results-oriented.
