We are currently seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator (full-time, 40 hours per week) for our Roosendaal location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, processing, and managing warehouse orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via phone, email, or EDI.
- Determining and coordinating priorities and discrepancies, both with clients and the internal warehouse team.
- Developing solutions for issues and documenting discrepancies and complaints.
- Preparing necessary documentation, including export papers.
- Accurately recording all changes and ensuring customer invoicing.
- Processing inventory changes in WMS and physically verifying stock in the warehouse.
- Generating standard reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining pallet records.
Qualifications:
- Completed MBO in Administration or Logistics.
- Experience in the logistics sector with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills (tactful and professional).
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and proactively.
- Flexibility and capability to manage varying workloads effectively.
