Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Expert to join our team at De Jong Verpakking. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and implementing changes within our production location.

1. Support the Continuous Improvement Manager in implementing a new operating model and methodology to achieve operational improvements.
2. Provide guidance and training to employees on new processes and methods.
3. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the organization of training and coaching sessions.
4. Promote change management and build credibility in the new way of working.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
