Your key responsibilities will include:

* Achieving sales, bookings, and gross profit targets for the Measurement Solutions portfolio within the agreed account portfolio.
* Developing a deep understanding of the customer's business, needs, and actively promoting suitable products and solutions to address these needs.
* Constantly expanding a network of contacts across the accounts, identifying the relevant stakeholders for positioning the different value messages across all product lines.
* Understanding the competitive environment at each account and developing strategies to displace competition and defend Emerson's position.
* Negotiating with customers relevant business contracts.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A STEM degree or comparable technical education.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience selling technologies to customers in similar industries.
* Excellent persuasion skills and ability to connect with all levels of the customer's organization.
* Negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
* Willingness to travel (50% to 75% of time) within the Netherlands.
* Driving license.
