Wat ga je doen?

Jij bent de spil in ons Customer Happiness Team en zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten een geweldige ervaring hebben bij Holland & Barrett. Je bent de eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt ze met al hun vragen en problemen.

Je taken:

  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten via telefoon, mail en chat.
  • Je bewaakt gestelde procedures en volgt deze nauwkeurig op.
  • Je informeert klanten over bestelstatussen, productbeschikbaarheid, winkelprocessen en geeft advies na gedegen opleiding.
  • Je verricht overige administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Je voert met enige regelmaat videoadviesgesprekken.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met andere afdelingen.
