About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Officer to join our team at NN. As a key member of our Security Consultancy & Assurance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating our IT security standards, procedures, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the overall vision on security & compliance, working closely with other security officers and the security architect to improve efficiency.
  • Determine the central vision and strategy for control automation, advising the organisation on how to implement this strategy.
  • Drive, coordinate, and report on central improvement initiatives for security processes and procedures across NN Group, effectively communicating with both management teams and DevOps teams.
  • Review technical designs and security measures, ensuring they align with NN security standards, and provide guidance to DevOps teams on securing their assets.

Your First Week

During your first week, you will be introduced to the team and the organisation, with a focus on onboarding and familiarisation with our systems and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • You are proactive and result-driven, ensuring you meet agreements made.
  • You have a concise and eye for detail, while keeping the overall picture and goal in mind.
  • You possess a clear communication style and are able to cooperate with people from various backgrounds.
  • You have hands-on experience with security processes and procedures, understanding the impact of changes on the organisation.
  • You are skilled and experienced in IT and IT security, preferably with a Bachelor or Master degree in IT or a related field, and relevant certifications such as CISSP or cloud certifications.
