As a Client Delivery Manager at Jedlix, you will be the first point of contact for our existing and new business-to-business customers, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the implementation of new projects and features.
  2. Managing a designated portfolio of clients and supporting activities on larger scale strategic programs.
  3. Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned client and driving continued value of Jedlix's products and services throughout the customer journey.
  4. Succeeding in renewing agreements, upselling or cross-selling new or additional services, and reducing churn in line with company growth objectives.
  5. Frequently collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify specific customer needs and potential challenges, and proactively undertaking actions to involve the relevant internal teams.

Requirements:

  1. Technical expertise, data-driven approach, and structured mindset.
  2. Relevant experience in commercial project management or customer success.
  3. Effective communication skills and organized approach.
  4. Analytical skills and experience with analytical tooling, such as SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
  5. Competitive edge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  6. Understanding of the e-mobility and energy industry.
  7. Fluency in English, with fluency in French, German, or Dutch being a plus.
