Functieomschrijving

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our CTO office as a Process Enabler / Integrator (role: Process & Project Enabler).

The focus will be on integration and migration projects within our new platform strategy. You will guide internal customers to the Cloud, new on-premise platforms & tools, and drive process improvement.

You will be involved in cross-block initiatives for various IT technical blocks in the organisation. Additionally, you will be part of a team of project managers in the CTO Office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clearly defining initiative goals and deliverables, including timelines and budgets, and creating a plan.
  • Assembling a team by selecting internal personnel.
  • Organizing and leading brainstorming sessions.
  • Distributing tasks and setting interim deadlines that are actively monitored.
  • Regularly organizing team meetings to discuss and monitor progress.
  • Advising, providing feedback, informing team members about important updates, and offering overall encouragement.
  • Maintaining contact with external parties involved in the initiative and ensuring they adhere to deadlines and agreements.
  • Delivering the final initiative as agreed or communicating what can be achieved and continuing in consultation if not possible.

Example projects may include Atlassian migration to SaaS (Cloud), API management, and Splunk to Splunk Cloud.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A hardworking and confident attitude with a proven track record in change management.
  • The ability to quickly gain insights into processes and data while maintaining an overview of the situation.
  • The skill to analyze problems and translate them into concrete improvements, ensuring buy-in for their implementation.

Our estimate for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
