Order Operations Specialist

Zayo is seeking a highly skilled Order Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Order Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of orders from receipt to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Order Acceptance and Compliance
Interpret and apply Zayo's order acceptance standards to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Order Review and ResolutionReview orders within established service level agreements and address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Delivery Workflow OptimizationStreamline the delivery process to enhance the customer experience and improve overall efficiency.
Complaint and Nonconformance ManagementMaintain accurate records and track complaints and nonconformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Reporting and AuditingDocument order acceptance activities and provide internal reporting and auditing support.
Financial ManagementManage daily and quarterly responsibilities, including order counting for financial purposes.
Process ImprovementAssist in identifying areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Deal Management stakeholders to improve processes and resolve issues.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Technical SkillsSuperb computer competence, including database management.
Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge of order acceptance terminology, methods, and tools, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred QualificationsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, and understanding of QA functions within it.
Benefits- Compensation
Base Pay Range: $56,300 - $75,050, commensurate with experience.
