Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

At Lonza, we're committed to delivering high-quality products and services that make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As a Senior QA Specialist Material, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our materials and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality oversight for the onboarding of materials on site, including reviewing and approving raw material lists, material assessments, and supply chain information.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations for the implementation of raw materials and services used in manufacturing and supporting areas.
- Review and approve documents required for material assessment and setup, including supplier/service provider qualification.
- Provide QA support, review, and approval for all relevant Quality events, such as Deviation, Change Control, and CAPA.
- Contribute to continuous improvement for topics related to material assessments, setup, and supplier/service provider qualification processes.
- Stay up-to-date with compliance and regulation guidelines within the industry and support day-to-day compliance activities in accordance with approved procedures and policies on site.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree possible).
- Related experience of 2-7 years.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- English language proficiency.
- Documentation of GDP (GMP) and QMS knowledge.
- SAP knowledge and subsystem use.
