This role will focus on challenging and elevating the team to achieve efficient and effective process outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support and steer SMEs in process design, mapping, and documentation, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop and refine processes that align with business objectives.
- Assist in building comprehensive test plans that align with the designed processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and validation of process flows, controls, and key decision points.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and documentation.
- The ability to challenge and mentor SMEs.
- Experience in test plan creation and process validation.
- Highly desirable if you have industry experience in fitness or hospitality.
