We are seeking a skilled Documentmanagement Specialist to join our team at Bovemij. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of documents throughout our processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the document lifecycle, from receipt to archiving, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and resolve second- and third-line incidents related to document management, collaborating with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging your expertise in document management and business process analysis.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and training materials, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in document management, applying this knowledge to drive process improvements and optimize our document management systems.
- HBO work and thinking level.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, such as Functioneel Beheerder, Key-user, or Applicatie Consultant.
- Knowledge of business process management methodologies (BiSL).
- Experience with testing and quality assurance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
- A 13th month, 8% holiday pay, and a profit-sharing scheme.
- A one-year contract, with the intention of converting it to a permanent position.
- A flexible work arrangement, including a €35 net monthly internet allowance, a €2.35 net daily home working allowance, and the opportunity to purchase home working equipment up to €450 (excluding VAT) through our Bovemij home working shop.
