We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Global Chart of Accounts and Value Flow team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a global chart of accounts that meets the company's financial reporting needs, while ensuring compliance with IFRS requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a global chart of accounts that meets the company's financial reporting needs
- Develop and maintain a standardized chart of accounts across all legal entities and affiliates
- Ensure IFRS-compliant and auditable consolidation processes
- Lead the global consolidation CoE team to deliver a fully automated consolidation tool
- Collaborate with upstream teams to identify and resolve issues related to consolidation and CoA
- Participate in projects impacting the CoA and reporting in SABIC
- Expert knowledge in process/system and ability to develop global policy/guideline
- Holistic knowledge of entire finance cycle from accounting to controllership to business performance management
- Strong project leadership at the global scale
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural and hybrid environment
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Proven track record in transaction service processes and best practice
- Strong communication and analytical thinking
- Former SAP FICO consultant can be advantageous
- 9+ years in management position, experience in managing a global team will be an added plus
